Local Branch ASM Queenstown 2018

The TSANZSRS NZ Branch meeting was held last month in beautiful Queenstown. Firstly, a big thank you to our guest speaker Brigitte Borg from The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne. Her presentation to ANZSRS on the interpretation of static lung volumes and TLCO had many useful tips for us. Brigitte also presented on the monitoring of lung function in ILD to TSANZSRS which was a great fit for the topic of the meeting. A big thank you also to all of the other ANZSRS members who presented this year, we had a great range of talks and your input is very much appreciated.  I, as a Scientist and ANZSRS member, was honoured to win the New Investigator Award at this year’s meeting. Please also find the minutes from the ANZSRS NZ Branch AGM attached for your review.
