SUMMARY:NSW/ACT Branch Meeting - 4th June
DESCRIPTION: I am delighted to announce the first of our branch meetings for 2026. David Chapman from the respiratory lab at Royal North Sore Hospital has graciously volunteered to host this upcoming meeting and he has managed to secure the services of Dr Danielle Stone\, a speech pathologist\, who is keenly interested in ILO (Inducible Laryngeal Obstruction) and breathing pattern disorders. This meeting will be a uniquely combined event with many members of the speech pathology fraternity in attendance.  \nPlease see below for more details. \n\nDate: Thursday 4th June 2026\nTime: Catering to begin at 5.30pm for a 6pm start\nLocation: Please email your regional chair for details\nSpeaker: Dr Danielle Stone\nTopic: “Navigating the Bottleneck: Combining the powers of the Speech Pathologist and Respiratory Scientist”\nSponsor: Coregas\n\n\nThis will be a wonderful opportunity to pick the brains of our speech pathology colleagues and get a deeper insight into an area that is not so familiar to many of us\, including myself.
